A Yoga Nidra session just in time to relieve some holiday stress, if you can relate to that! If you've never experienced Yoga Nidra, this is a perfect session to try since it's relatively short- just 15 minutes. I highly recommend using headphones and/or going into a quiet, softly lit room. I promise you will feel more relaxed at the end. Merry Christmas! ((Link is in my profile or in the comments on Facebook.)

Along with offering 30% off to make space for what’s coming next, I’ll also be strategically rotating some of the current display out. The sale continues through Christmas, but several pieces will be leaving the display soon. Some may return in future collections, and some will not. If you’ve had your eye on something, tonight’s Happy Hour at Blumenhof is a great opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine, one of their delicious appetizers, and take home a piece while it’s still available. **And, as a bonus, is offering an All Day Happy Hour to celebrate their founder, (Mark's dad) Jim Blumenberg. He would have been 100 years old today!

New art display at the winery — and I’m extending my 30% OFF sale through Christmas! 🎄✨
I’m letting go of older work to make space for what’s coming next, and there is so much to choose from. Lately I’ve stopped beating myself up for having many styles and mediums and started embracing the truth:
I’m an interdisciplinary artist. (Thank you + YouTube for the language upgrade!)
I’m also diving into The Artist’s Side Hustle by Stacie Bloomfield, and wow… it’s shifting my mindset in all the right ways. One exercise asked me to define what drives my art, and here’s what I landed on:
Home. Family. Looking Within.
Finding Joy + Beauty in the Ordinary.
Some days that shows up in fiber art, some days in collage or paint. Sometimes it’s familiar and representational; sometimes it’s abstract and asks you to linger a little longer.
I hope something in this new display speaks to you. 💛
Come by the winery and take a look — maybe take home a piece that feels like your sanctuary.

I've chosen a few amulets to embellish a bit more and I'm loving how they are turning out. I'll be keeping this one for myself, but all of them are embellished with a hand-beaded border and have a pocket in the back to hold a crystal. One crystal that matches the energy of the symbol on front is included, but you can easily change it out with any small crystal of your choice. If you are interested in these or any of my original paintings or prints (framed and unframed) you can purchase at the winery register - just give the cashier the tag. Any of them would make great Christmas gifts, if I do say so myself!

Yoga Basics is a beginner, Hatha style yoga class, open to all abilities. This class is instructed utilizing the Dynamic Yoga Method- a method based on intelligent sequencing and self-inquiry. Students will be taught basic postures and core actions to support and open the body, while being guided to align movement with breath and to focus attention on the present moment.
Juli began her yoga journey 10 years ago when her doctor handed her a prescription containing one word- “yoga”. That was the beginning of a consistent home practice. Her first yoga retreat led to a strong desire for, and appreciation of, community. Upon returning home, she began looking for her own “yoga home”. She found that at a local studio, where she was inspired to learn more and become a certified instructor through their 200 hour teacher training program. Today, her goal is to continue to immerse herself in the study of yoga and meditation and to pass that knowledge and inspiration along to others.
When Juli is not practicing or teaching yoga, she can be found teaching art to her high school students, making art, or spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
Juli holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Maryville University, a Master of Arts Degree in Art Education from Lindenwood University, is a Certified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher through Jane’s House of Well-Being in St. Charles, MO and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
