At DeNay’s Fitness, I, DeNay, personally teach all classes. With over 30 years of experience, staying fit, sculpted, and toned isn’t just my profession—it’s my lifestyle. My passion is guiding each client safely through every workout while making sure you leave energized, challenged, and feeling your absolute best.
At DeNay’s Fitness, I’m able to keep classes affordable while maintaining a full-time career outside the studio. Fitness may not be my full-time job, but it is truly my passion. My goal is to stay fit, strong, and healthy—right alongside my clients. I look forward to seeing you in class soon. Space is limited.

Cardio Kickboxing
🔥 Burn over 500 calories per hour! Beginners welcome — modifications available for injuries or lower endurance.
Sunday: 2:30–3:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:00–7:00 PM (start time may change to 7 PM)
Saturday: 12:30–1:30 PM
Pricing:
Single class: $20
Unlimited Cardio Kickboxing & Yoga: $90/month
Yoga
Stretch, strengthen, and relax your body. Beginners welcome.
Sunday: 12:30–1:30 PM (Deep Stretch)
Tuesday: 6:00–7:00 PM (start time may change to 7 pm)
Saturday: 8:45–9:45 AM

Single class: $20
Unlimited Yoga & Cardio Kickboxing class $90/month
Pilates Reformer / Mat Pilates
Small group classes tailored to your fitness & health needs.
Please bring socks yoga mat and water. Space is limited to 5 participants per class.
