One client down almost 30lbs from their start weight of 300lbs, another down almost 10lbs, and one more down 5lbs.

30 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

-Drink 1Gal Water
-Workout 1x a day (weight training/cardio)
-No Alcohol
-No Cheat Meals (stick to a diet)
-7 to 9hrs of sleep every night

The goal of this challenge is to help you get into a healthy routine, develop good habits, and establish consistency and discipline into your daily living.

If you feel like you’ve been slacking, chances are, you probably have been. This challenge is to help fix that and give you a kickstart. It’s also for anyone!
