[04/30/17]   As of right now the Center will be open all week. MODOT is unsure of various roadways closing, including Hwy 30, 21, and 55. If you travel one of these routes please confirm they are passable before traveling to and from the Center.

We know that [email protected] will close Sunday night at 10 and 44 just west of 141 will most likely close Monday/Tuesday.

Please be safe and do not drive through standing water.

[04/13/17]   Wednesday was such a fantastic day at the Center. Here's some of what you missed:

Attendees urged to arrive by 9:30 on Monday, April 17th for the Easter Celebration so that we can start the fun promptly at 10:00 am. Don't forget to bring items you signed up to share.

Don't miss our guest speaker on Wednesday, April 19th at noon. Snacks will be available, but we encourage you to bring your lunch.

Real Voices Real Choices scholarship applications are now available. Stop by to get yours if you are in need.

Cleaning day set for May 17th beginning at 9:00 am.

Founders Day Celebration, our 29th Anniversary Celebration, will be held on Friday, May 19th. The event begins promptly at 6:00 pm, so try to arrive by 5:30. Cost is $10 per person. Our Town Hall attendees decided they would prefer to have the following foods served:

Fried and Baked Chicken
Deviled Egg Potato Salad
Cole Slaw
Fresh fruit
Biscuits and Corn Muffins

Iced Tea and Punch will also be served.

Note: you must make your reservation and pay no later than May 12th.

Our Friend Daryl Dasher will be providing an acoustic concert at 8:00 pm. Please plan to support his generosity by purchasing tees and music that will be for sale after the show and also making a donation when the tip jar comes around.

We are selling raffle tickets now for one lucky winner to receive an acoustic guitar autographed by Daryl. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. Funds will help support our move. The drawing will be held after his performance.

We are taking orders for Anniversary T-Shirts. Please see information in the activity binder. Sizes are child small to Adult ###L.

Make sure to reserve your Cardinal tickets by signing up in the Activity Binder. We have 40 tickets and any not claimed by May 15th will be returned to the Cardinals. The game is June 1st against the Dodgers. Start time is 12:45. Those going by Metro should meet at the Shrewsbury Station at 10:45.

Move negotiations are still in effect. Our latest counter offer should be sent on Thursday.
