☀️Positive Affirmations☀️

How many of you wake up and have a chaotic morning? Do you find yourself getting short in the moment with the hustle and bustle of taking care of the kids, getting ready for work or maybe it was an argument with your spouse before you headed out the door. Whatever it may be your mind doesn't have to stay in the chaos. You can bring calm to the storm.

Take a minute and tell yourself positive affirmations. The affirmations don't have to be thought out. Say what comes to your mind at that moment. Sometimes it may be encouragement to be more successful at work. Other times it may be reminding yourself that you are loved and you are an incredible human being.

Whatever it may be, say it yourself until you're truly listening to what you're saying! Then take 5 deep breaths and conquer the day!

✨The best thing you can do at the beginning and end of each day is give thanks for the positive things that happened to you!

✨Waking up and going to bed with a positive mindset can do so much for ones peace and happiness within themselves!

✨I encourage you to start tonight and say 10 things you are thankful for!

Here are a few of mine:

🙏 I am thankful for the snow so my children can make memories playing in it like I once did

🙏 I am thankful for my husband who has stepped up to take care of our older two children at night so I can have extra time with the baby

🙏 I am thankful for my aunt who made a trip to Costco for me so I didn’t have to cart 3 kids there

🙏 I am thankful for a roof over my head and heat to keep me warm on this cold snowy day

🙏 I am thankful for children who ask to pray for people each day

Now go and start those gratitudes! I encourage each one of you to open your mind and bring this into your daily routine!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Beef stroganoff, one of my favorite past time dishes.

I haven’t had it in years since we have been gluten and dairy free. This paleo recipe is delicious!

I even got my husband to eat it and told me to make it again! That’s a win in this house 👏

The only thing I switched up was the coconut milk. I used cashew milk instead. I also diced the mushrooms small so the kids wouldn’t know they were in the recipe. Try it sometime and enjoy this nice warm dish this fall!

I couldn’t have said it better! Whether you are using a Health Coach, a Functional Medicine Doctor, a Naturopath, a Chiropractor, a D.O. or a M.D. you can’t expect things to change with your body if you’re not changing what you have been doing.

Look at the meds you have been taking. Look at the food you have been eating. Look at your daily routine and the stressors in your life.
___________________________________________

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Make the change! Give up the things that have been making you sick. Life is to short to not love the way you are feeling ❤️

This process doesn't work if you don't make changes.

For the average American worker, life can be a dizzyingly-busy whirlwind of obligations, responsibilities and priorities. Amidst all of this craziness, many of us have our physicians telling us we need to make some changes – or else!

We know that all we really need do is get a little more active and eat a little better, but in this hectic day and age, these little changes can seem awfully intimidating and difficult to incorporate into our lives.

Fortunately for us, there is a growing group of professionals who are daily becoming better-equipped to help us stay on track and achieve the most optimal state of wellness of which we’re capable.

A health coach, or wellness coach as they’re sometimes called, has but one interest in mind: keep you in a state of wellness, or get you there if need be. These educated professionals realize that there are many people out there who love the idea of meeting regularly with a dietician or personal trainer, but their schedules simply do not permit this to become reality.
