No chips, no fast food, sub sweets for cashew or lightly salted peanuts.
Eat 2-3 eggs and turkey sausage for breakfast
Chicken sandwich and grapes or apples for lunch
Baked or air fried Chicken breast a cup of broccoli or something green and a cup of potatoes or starch of your choice. Drink a bottle of water with each meal and half a cup of orange juice with breakfast. Eat nuts if still hungry or string cheese. Sub chicken with turkey or salmon for other lunch and dinner.
