Watch for distracted drivers and dont become one.
I see it and I have been quilty of operating a vehicle while my attention was not on driving.
Attention on things such as adjusting vehicle controls, driving while drowsy, fatiqued, daydreaming, reaching for stuff, reading or personal hygiene such as applying make up.
Stay safe.

Mental Wellness Month Tips :

Here are a few strategies to consider to prioritize your emotional wellness.

Emotions are good. Learn to recognize and be in touch.

1.Practice Self-Compassion:
Be kind to yourself, especially during challenging times. Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would offer to a dear friend.

2. Mindfulness and Meditation:
Take a few moments each day to quiet your mind and connect with your inner self.

I like to sit in nature and listen to the sounds of the birds or the rustling of the trees or just watch the clouds.

Mindfulness practices can help reduce stress and increase feelings of calm and relaxation.

3. Express Yourself: (This was tough for me) Keeping it all inside affects your mental and physical wellbeing.

Find healthy outlets for expressing your emotions, your fears, your doubts, whether it's through journaling, art, or talking to a trusted girlfriend.

Do whatever it takes but don't keep it inside.

LET IT OUT! Just like cavities in the mouth get worse the longer they are ignored, the same thing happens with unreleased emotions such as anger. The longer you wait, the worse it gets.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

We must care for our mental health year round, but this is a reminder.

It's no longer an issue with older people but children are experiencing mental challenges.

You may be dealing with stress or need a confidence boost, or maybe you just want to have more clarity in your thinking.

A meaning life is not being rich, popular or highly educated, but more about meaningful relationships and optimum health.

My strength did not come from lifting weights at least not the physical weights .

My strength came from lifting myself up when I was knocked down and getting back up even when I don’t think I could

Strength does not come from winning, your struggles and failures develop your strength from within, or at least mine did.

When we go through hardships and decide not to give up, that is true strength.

Obstacles can't stop us, problems can't stop us, and most of all people can't stop us.... The only thing that stops us is OURSELVES.

We all have it in us... We were all born with it.

Somewhere along the way we stopped believing how capable we are to overcome those challenges. Dig deep, find it, and believe in yourself!

Many never knew I was challenged with self-worth; I hid from myself and others.

Sometimes we get to BORROW others belief in us until it becomes our own… I did..

I believe you are deserving, worthy, and capable of EVERYTHING you dream of!

You are amazing and extraordinary my friend.

How were taught to maintain stress in your childhood ?

If you are like me, there was no discussion around stress.

I hear so many conversations about Stress in these times due to Covid, declining health, decrease in income, increase in food , violence, and the list goes on.

I think we all have stress at times in our lives and all stress is not the evil witch of the west.

But stress accumulated over time can cause mental anguish, nutritional deficiencies , binge eating, physical ailments and more.

Do you stress! If so, can you identify your stressors and why?

Do you feel like you are in control of your stress?

Did you know that our cortisol levels increase when we are under stress?

What are some ways that you maintain/manage or deal with your stress?

I have a simple, easy, cortisol cocktail that helps from the gut to the brain to release the anxiety that stressors cause, thus helping you to manage better.

I am patiently waiting for all my professional ladies over 40 to realize they don't need to have it all figured out. Just take one step toward your goals and desires.

You can start over and build a new project or add something to what you are doing

You can actually build a successful business with a proven system and servant leadership like I did or :
just drink the juice and feel the happy

All it takes is a simple "yes" to yourself.

This is your year to make your health and wealth a priority and say YES to your dreams and desires.
