Which way are you headed 2025?

Running was stress relief. My way to stay fit. My weight loss method.

Until I realized it wasn’t actually doing those things for me.

It definitely helped my mind. But I was injured a lot. And not actually “fit”. In fact, I never lost a pound.

It’s time for my annual PSA.

It’s that time of year when women everywhere start stressing about swimsuit season and getting their bodies ready.

Here’s the thing. I want you to feel confident in your suit and in your body.

But I don’t want you to feel like you need to crash diet, go on a 1200 calorie diet, or exercise to the point of exhaustion or injury to put on a swimsuit.
