We're incredibly proud to introduce Lorena Quintero, our 2025 Team Member of the Year and newest recipient of 4M's Shining Star recognition! 🌟

"She steps up when the team is short-handed, helps train new employees, and makes sure the job gets done right." said Tim Fortner, Lorena's District Manager at Caterpillar Inc.
