To all our Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
We want to give everyone an update on the current status of Nuwati Herbals.
As you know, our building was sold for redevelopment, and it coincided with the expiration of our lease. Therefore, we were only given three months’ notice to move our production facility and try to sell the business. After 22 years and given our age we decided that starting at a new facility just wasn’t the right step. We have worked tirelessly with more than one potential buyer to sell Nuwati and perpetuate our brand. But given the short time frame we have not been able to finalize a sale before we must be out of our facility on January 31, 2025.
We are putting Nuwati Herbals into hiatus in commercial storage and will continue to pursue opportunities to sell the company and maintain the Nuwati product line. If you know of anyone who is interested in speaking with us about purchasing Nuwati Herbals we would welcome a call.
This is not the direction we wanted to take; however, we have been given no other options at this point. The outpouring of love and support from our hundreds of loyal customers has been enormously uplifting to us during this difficult period.
