Meet Emily, our Center Director at our St. Peters location!
Born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri, Emily leads our St. Peters team with dedication, compassion, and a deep commitment to client growth. She ensures that every individual who walks through our doors receives high-quality, supportive care in an environment where both clients and staff can thrive.
Emily’s journey with AB Spectrum began in October 2022 with no prior experience as a Behavior Technician. By March 2023, she became RBT certified and quickly stepped into leadership roles—first running our littles room, Wind, for about a month, and then leading our bigs room, Water, from September 2023 through May 2024. Her leadership, adaptability, and commitment to excellence led her to become Center Director, a role she has proudly held since.
Fun fact: Emily has what she calls “queen thumbs,” shorter and wider thumbs that Megan Fox also has! 🤣
Her favorite thing about working at AB Spectrum?
“The growth. I’ve watched clients, myself, coworkers, and the company itself grow so much since I started. The power of feedback is so apparent when I look at how we’ve evolved, and I’m so proud to be part of a team that listens and supports you like family.”
