Leading with Care, Guiding with Light: Meet Dr. Magin Day

As clinical director of the Victory Program and a sports psychologist, Dr. Magin Day fosters a supportive, empowering environment for competitive athletes. Her collaborative approach and confident, steady presence help athletes grow while staying motivated and engaged.

“I love working with Dr. Day! She has a kind and steady presence that helps people feel supported and heard, and she truly wants to make a difference in the lives of the athletes we work with.
