I'm always happy when people take the time to provide reviews for our work. I love to know how people feel when they finish a book I've written. A Hole in My Heart is one of the first books I co-wrote with my then 13-year-old nephew, Edward Booker. The irony is that the issues we wrote about back then are worse for our kids and teens today. We've received letters, calls, and texts from young people and adults about how they enjoyed reading it and their hope for the book to get in the right hands. The thing is, I already have the TV/movie scripts written. Check it out for a young person, but before you do, read it yourself; you'll want to gift one to a young person. The second book in this stand-alone series is A Holiday Wish. Available at Amazon.

My daughter asked, "Why do you and Daddy let him sit on the table to watch TV?"
Me: "Talk to your dad. He allows him to get away with everything."
Daughter: I don't like that. He will do that at other folks' homes. They'll think he doesn't have home training."
Me: 🤔 Thinking! She's right. Grandparents know they can mess up kids. We have to do better.
