Whenever I am struggling with something, whether it is as simple as making a decision or something that goes far deeper and causes far more pain, I always turn to writing to help me. The beauty of writing is that there are so many ways it can be utilized that no matter what you are going through there is a way to use writing to help you. Even if you aren’t someone who likes to talk about or dwell on your problems, talk about or express your emotions or even admit to needing help, the good news is writing might be even more effective for you. Did you know that using writing to process events and gain new perspectives on life can actually improve your liver function and lower your blood pressure?

Yea neither did I. But I did know that writing can be extremely helpful for everyone. Whether you are struggling with something like trauma, mental illness, chronic pain/illness or grief or you are trying to make a big decision, find out more about yourself or just want to grow personally, writing, when used correctly, can be a powerfully helpful tool.

That’s why I use writing, specifically customized & individualized writing projects based on your circumstances that we then process through to help you with whatever you are struggling with or wanting to improve.

You don’t have to be a good writer and being in therapy doesn’t exclude you (actually this can be extremely helpful as an add on to therapy), neither does not being in therapy.
