You are over worked, and under paid.
It's hard to work in a creative field.
It's even harder to make a living at it.
That's why artists and creatives always have more than one "job".

We have less time to ourselves because we not only have ye old obligations like making a living and keeping your family going, but we also have gigs thrown in there with different time commitments.

It's hard to not get sick because your body is so tired and fruits aren't a priority right now, but if you call out/ miss the deadline because you were sick or needed rest you will lose income.

WTF is an artist to do?

Why do I serve creatives specifically?

➡️ I’m a dancer/ actor/ web & graphic designer so it made sense

🎭 as a performer I know that
my art is my business,
my body is my instrument, and
my wellness is my income

I know there isn’t a lot offered to performers or people in creative fields as far as wellness goes.

We aren’t taught wellness even if we are lucky enough to attend training. So we are left to sift through piles of misinformation and nasty negative messaging to find a way to zen. Mkay. Seems doable. PSYCH

Why do I guide towards wellness?

As an actor and general kinda gal, I had to find a way to stay on top of my s**t. ⚖️

I developed my system from hard earned lessons and getting my but kicked. 💪

I get it. We have a million and one things on our to do lists which cramps our creative style. 😢🎨

The only way out, is through.

On days I feel like:
➡️ the to do list never ends
➡️ i miss the way i used to look or feel
➡️ things will always be this way

my top 3 solutions are:
✅ start saying “no”
✅ pencil yourself and your needs into your schedule, make time to assess and plan
✅ find your people who will support your journey and get you
