"The more afraid we are,
the more vulnerable we are,
the more afraid we are.

This is what politics looks like today.
There’s no discourse anymore.
There’s no conversation. There’s just blame.
Do you know how blame is described in the research?

A way to discharge pain and discomfort ....

But there’s another way …

- To let ourselves be seen, deeply seen, vulnerably seen.

- To love with our whole hearts,
even though there’s no guarantee.

- To practice gratitude and joy in those moments of terror ...

When we’re wondering ... Can I love you this much? Can I believe in this this passionately? Can I be this fierce about this? ...
Just to be able to stop and instead of catastrophizing what might happen, to say ... I’m just so grateful because to feel this vulnerable means that I am alive.

And the last, which I think is probably the most important is ...

- To believe we are enough.

Because when we work from a place that says I’m enough, then we stop screaming and start listening. We’re kinder and gentler to the people around us and we are kinder and gentler to ourselves."

This is one of my favorite and most watched TedTalks.

If you haven't seen this video, I would highly recommend to take some time to watch it today. And if you haven't seen it in a little while (like me), I would highly recommend to rewatch. If you feel called, let me know what you think.

For those who have miscarried; for those who have lost a child; for those who have had to make a difficult decision ...

I wanted to share this with you from my reading this morning ...

---

"When a woman becomes pregnant, the baby's soul already knows if its mother will miscarry - if it will be aborted, stillborn or deformed. Regardless of what happens, the baby's soul still loves its parents and will always be by their side - it will be there to help them through life. If you have ever lost a baby, never forget that little baby's soul chose you to be its mother or father. It actually chose you before it was even conceived; that little soul loves you and was full of joy ...

We have an awful lot of abortions in the world, but one must remember that even if a mother decides to have an abortion, that little soul already knows that its mother may do this, and even knowing this that soul has already chosen this woman to be its mother - even if that means that the baby is only conceived and never actually born. The little soul has chosen that mother and will love her no matter what.

It is unconditional love.

I would like every mother to remember this, particularly any woman who has had an abortion. Maybe a young girl had an abortion because she was afraid of life, of the world out there, or maybe she was scared of her parents or felt she had no one in whom to confide, or who could help her. Remember, that baby's soul loves you and never for one moment holds it against you that you did not give birth to it. It already knew what would happen, and still it will pour its love onto you."

We have the tendency to make assumptions about everything. The problem with making assumptions is that we believe they are the truth. We could swear they are real. We make assumptions about what others are doing or thinking - we take it personally - then we blame them and react by sending emotional poison with our word ...

All the sadness and drama you have lived in your life was rooted in making assumptions and taking things personally. Take a moment to consider the truth of this statement. The whole war of control between humans is about making assumptions and taking things personally. Our whole dream of hell is based on that ...

Because we are afraid to ask for clarification, we make assumptions, and believe we are right about the assumptions; then we defend our assumptions and try to make someone else wrong. It is always better to ask questions than to make an assumption, because assumptions set us up for suffering.

---

Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama.

More about Me

For many years I worked in a traditional therapeutic setting - I was a mental health and addiction specialist for the past 7 years in a holistic treatment center. I have also worked in social services for the past 10 years. Through my own personal growth and healing journey I have realized I am now being called to guide and lead in a different capacity in this time of deep evolution.

For a long time, I was unconscious to the intuition and the empathy that was housed in my mind, body and spirit - I pushed a lot of this away due to past trauma, perceptions, ways of thinking, dis-ease, disregard to the masculine and feminine energies within.

Now, I focus on guiding and leading others in their divine plan, purpose and power. I help people build the confidence to lead in the way they desire to lead.⁣ I help people take control of the pain and struggle that can come with this life, including addiction, anxiety, depression, self worth and so much more. I help people be exactly who they long to be.⁣

Are you craving something more for your life?
