Happy New Year !

It was a busy end of 2024 and lots of new changes for 2025! We are looking forward to a wonderful new year with our office.

*We hired two wonderful techs to work for us, Maddy and Donovan. Maddy is in nursing school (graduating this June) and Donovan is a pre-optometry student, hoping to become an Optometrist in the future.

*We are operating on full time hours now, with us being in the office 5-6 days a week.

*We FINALLY got our sign up and it looks amazing, let us know what you think!

We are currently planning our grand opening celebration, information to come shortly!

We will be more active this year with updates in eye health information. We look forward to serving the community with the highest quality vision care services!

Happy Halloween!! I hope the rain holds out and y'all can go trick or treating with the littles!

Just some tips for a safe Halloween:
1. Steer clear of Over-The-Counter (OTC) costume eye contacts. Unprescribed, ill-fitting costume contacts can easily scratch the cornea, leading to bacterial or viral eye infection. Of greater consequence, unsterile contacts can contain toxic chemicals that seep into the eyes, placing the wearer at risk of vision loss, even blindness.

2. Follow AAO EyeSmart costume make-up tips. It’s not worth compromising your eye health with low-quality or unsafe costume make-up.

3. Avoid over-the-counter eyelash extensions. Self-applied eyelash extensions purchased over-the-counter carry an increased risk of eye infection.
