✨ Lover's Lesson: Instead of asking your partner(s) "What can I do to help?" try asking "What can I take responsibility for?" šŸ’”

This small shift changes the game! It shows you’re not just trying to fix things, but really stepping up and owning your part in the relationship. It’s about being proactive in love, understanding how your actions affect your lover(s), and taking charge of creating balance. šŸ’›

Sometimes, it's not about *doing* more—it's about owning your role in the relationship and showing up in a way that builds trust and intimacy.

Learning lifelong Intimate Connection.

Hey there — it's been a while.

I've been offline, but not really. I've been quiet. I've been witnessing. I've been in grief — both globally and for myself, personally.

In the middle of all that grief, posting on social media has felt inauthentic and misaligned. I'm finding my way back to my voice and my purpose, but I'm also honoring my need to rest and tend to my heart right now. I've been going full throttle in so many areas of my life, and as a healer, I'm working on my own healing.

I appreciate you being here, and I appreciate your respect for my privacy and boundaries while I tend to my grief.

As I work my way back, I want to know – what is one word that described your summer?

Here's mine: Full.

(In so many ways).
