Who We Are and Where We Are From
I found out I was not invincible! What a revelation! Gone are the boxes of frozen TV dinners in the freezer... gone are the extra large bags of M&Ms and corn chips. Also gone are the early morning horseback rides before work cruising the forests. Gone is my small farm with chickens, cats, horses and fresh clean air. Why? Because my health failed because I wasn't being careful with what I ate or what I drank. If finally caught up with me and hit me hard! My body was ravaged with Multiple Sclerosis and it was a fast, down hill battle... until... I found what my body needed to survive and thrive.
It is so important to learn what YOUR body needs to function at its optimum. Your body craves great, nutritious food and clean water to hold a barrier against these killer viruses etc. Thanks to new friends, I can discern how my body reacts to foods and medicines. I learned how to discern the quality of ingredients in foods and medicines. I have a much improved quality of life...and I am a wiser woman.
