✨ Yoga Nidra at Ruby in the Dust Healing Arts ✨
Friday Evening at 6pm
Every Friday evening I’ll be guiding a Yoga Nidra practice. This is a deeply nourishing, fully supported rest for your nervous system, body, and mind.
Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep”, a guided meditation done lying down. You don’t move, stretch, or “try” to meditate. You’re simply guided into a state between waking and sleep where the body rests deeply and the mind softens, while awareness remains gently present.
In this state, the nervous system shifts out of survival mode and into restoration. Stress begins to unwind, the body remembers how to rest, and the mind gets quiet without force.

✨ No movement required
✨ Just come as you are and rest
This practice is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated, emotionally heavy, or like you’ve been “holding it together” for too long.
