We often miss our present because we are bound to the past or focused on the future. Savoring the present is a gift ๐ŸŽ All you have is now.

Today, focus ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพ and be intentional about being fully present. Every two hours, make it a point to stop whatever you are doing and place your hands on your chest and begin to take deep breaths for 5 minutes; remember to be in the moment; feel the rise and fall of your chest. After the five minutes are up. Resume your regularly scheduled program.
