What a special evening! 🌅✨ Our Sunset Welcome Party was everything I hoped it would be and more. Thank you to each and every one of you who made this night so special. I truly feel that we have begun a new chapter on a high-vibe, joyful, and inspiring note. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible clients, teachers, friends, and family who showed up to celebrate, support, and share this beautiful evening with us. Your presence meant the world.

A special thank you to Lele and her amazing band for filling the night with wonderful music, Brazilian rhythm, energy, and joy. You created such a vibrant atmosphere, and we loved every minute of it!

To my kids, Yasmin and Dimitri, our friends Salam and Malak, thank you for working so hard behind the scenes and helping make everything come together. This would not have been possible without you! And finally, thank you to Ana Carolina .films for beautifully capturing the best moments of this unforgettable evening. Your talent allowed us to preserve the memories of a truly special night.

The last few months have been so challenging mentally, emotionally, and physically. And if I’m being completely honest, I haven’t made the time to care for myself the way I constantly encourage others to do.
But today, I did. 🤍

Today I took a session with and it felt like heaven… a chance to “Return to Life Through Contrology.” A chance to return to myself.

Great things are happening, beautiful opportunities are unfolding, but none of them mean much if I lose myself in the process. Today was a reminder that I matter too. That my body, mind, and spirit need care, presence, and restoration. Pilates always brings me home to myself. ✨

É isso… o fim de uma era, o início de outra. O que mais guardo dessa casa são as horas incontáveis no chão: brincando, acolhendo, amamentando, chorando, me irritando, sorrindo, exausta, mas sempre fazendo o meu melhor para estar realmente presente. Hoje é outra fase. Já não precisam de tantos cuidados. Agora posso me levantar, segurar suas mãos e caminhar ao lado deles. Obrigada, Deus, por tudo e por tanto. Um brinde ao que floresce depois do fim! 🤍

This is it…the end of an era, the beginning of another.
What I remember most about this house are the countless hours on the floor: playing, holding, nursing, crying, feeling overwhelmed, feeling happy, feeling exhausted, but doing my best to always stay present. Now it’s a different phase. They no longer need so much care. Now I can stand up, hold their hands, and walk alongside them. Thank you, God, for everything, and for so much. Cheers to what blooms after it ends! 🤍
