QPD Mi Tia Rosa

To my family and friends I ask please if anyone is able to support in any amount even a $1 helps. My cousin set up a Gofundme for funeral expenses and body transfer to mexico of my aunt Rosa Castro She passed away Sunday morning in Illinois. Please help us grand her last wish. Great Job my SBZ Squad!!! Thank you for pushing till the end. Today was a very special class for me. Because today has been one Year that I’ve been teaching STRONG. Also my father tried my class for the first time. Even more special I had a surprise visitor I use to be her SBZ student! She told me your going to have a SBZ class one day. Thank you I appreciate your support from the beginning. And to my son who I make take my class every Tuesday! Very special thank to Barry for pushing me to do more and for giving me the opportunity to bring STRONG By Zumba to your Gym. Love you all ❤️😊💪🏽😘

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY!!
I know it’s been awhile since I’ve post T. T. Picture.

I just want to share, I’ve learned the true meaning of DISCIPLINE & WILL POWER👊🏽...I’m still a Work in Progress and I still have Lots to Learn! I’m so grateful for the people, I’ve met through this journey. There’s no magic pill to weight loss! It takes hard work, determination, discipline, and consistency.

All I can say is STICK to the PROCESS, This Does Not Happen Overnight!! And Remember Each of Our Journey is Different!! As I always say your only competition is you!

Be PATIENT and with DETERMINATION You will be AMAZED 🤩at what you will Accomplish along the way.✌🏽❤️😊 If I can do it you can too!

What I love about STRONG by Zumba And Zumba is that it’s worldwide! Just go online and find a class. That’s what I did when I went to Mexico. 🇲🇽 I met Mimi Perez ❤️😊😘 She’s an amazing SBZ Instructor pushing her student passed their limits. Transmitting her energy in every class! I took 3 SBZ and 2 Zumba clases with her. She revived my love for Zumba. Thank you. Till next time.
