This page is to promote and advocate the City of Stanton, Kentucky Fairness Ordinance. The Stanton Fairness Ordinance is an ordinance providing equal protection by providing EQUAL protection by prohibiting discrimination practices against individuals in housing, employment and public accommodations on the basis of race, color, ethnic origins, religion, creed, national origin, sex, age, physical or
mental disability, veteran status, uniformed service, political belief, pregnancy, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, genetic information, social or economic status, or familial/marital status and provide enforcement.
