We are grateful to those willing to speak out to keep our mental health services local. Please help us in advocating with Governor Whitmer (517-335-7858) to not give away our public mental health services to the private insurance companies. Heartland House

Your voice is needed. Please tell your legislators and Governor Whitmer that you don't want public mental health services in Michigan to be privatized. Let's work to improve the system we have, one that has been working for more than 60 years. Giving it to private entities with no experience in managing mental health services doesn't make sense. We are local people caring for local people -- let's keep it that way.
