Implant case of the week:

Our patient fractured 2 of his lower front teeth. Dr. Adam removed the 2 broken teeth and placed an implant. Today, the patient received his final cantilever bridge. After some final cleanup work, he went home with a permanent restoration just in time for his "date this weekend!" 😄🥳

Did you know that implants can help a denture stay in place--especially the always-problematic lower denture?❓️🤔💭

Our patient had very thick bone which made wearing a lower denture even more difficult than usual. Dr. Adam placed 2 implants and Locator abutments. These enable her denture to snap into place! In other cases, Fixed Locators or screws can be used. Now she can smile, talk, and eat with the confidence of a stable denture! 🥳🦷

Case of the week!
This time, our patient got double whammied in that after 9 years, he had a cantilever bridge fracture and an implant fail. He was left with only one good implant in the area.

Dr. Adam extracted the fractured tooth and placed 2 new implants which enabled us to replace all 4 missing teeth. We ❤️ making our patients smile! 🥳🦷

Our patient had teeth break under a bridge that Dr. Marchese had placed 30+ years ago.

Dr. Adam extracted the broken teeth and placed 2 implants. After several months of healing, Dr. Adam was able to place the new bridge. Our patient is extremely happy with the result and so are we! ❤️😁🦷
