Dr. Hurlock is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Her background in Home and Community Health extends over 16 years and has inspired her to reintroduce a business model that was once the forefront of medicine- House Calls. In 2018, Dr. Hurlock opened Beyond Health Group with a focus on providing primary care for those who cannot go to see their provider.
