Central Shenandoah EMS Council, Inc. The Central Shenandoah Regional Office of EMS serves to assess, identify, coordinate, plan and implement an efficient and effective regional EMS system.

The CSEMS Council is an integral part of Virginia's comprehensive EMS system, providing regional planning and support as a Regional Office of EMS for the Virginia Department of Health. CSEMS is one of three Regional Offices of the Virginia Department of Health, Office of EMS, alongside Blue Ridge and Rappahannock Regions. CSEMS offers Critical Incident Provider Support for individuals or groups struggling with difficult incidents. This service is available via a 24/7 by calling 540-324-5083.
