Ever notice your thoughts going in circles... but not actually getting you anywhere?

That’s the difference between ruminating and processing.

Rumination can keep us stuck, replaying the same thoughts without relief. Processing helps us move through what we’re feeling and take the next step forward.

If you’re feeling stuck, try a small shift:
• Get curious instead of critical
• Focus on what you need right now
• Talk it through with someone you trust

You don’t have to figure everything out all at once. Small steps count.
