I never in a day in my life think the math I learned for recreational usage would be more important & needed than any other math I learned in school 🤣
Turns out I can weigh things out for soap very quickly & now it’s helping in the math for the cost of all materials & keeping track of inventory!
The full circle ⭕️ moments keep coming for me. I will remember all the paths, & each version of me who got me here today who picked up a unique value I got to take with onto the next me so l keep going & growing, heres to honoring them all & thank each one for their significance to this journey I call my life & legacy one day 🫶

As a healer and a mother, I strive to teach my son the importance of listening to his body—how it feels, what nurtures it, what hinders it, and how we each carry the power to set the stage for our own healing, and even for others if we are blessed with that honor. 🙏

Last night, just before our bedtime routine, Theodore mentioned that his leg was sore. I comforted him and gently reminded him that once we were out of the shower, clean, dry, and ready for bed, I would help him work with it. As I have guided him to let the water in the shower to wash it away as well as when the pain becomes unbearable for him I remind him how he can direct that energy down his legs and let the pain leave his feet. As our feet is a important meridian where we release stuck energy bonus points for grounding on mother earth. 🌍

But what happened next filled me with awe. While still in the shower, Theodore took a small cap, filled it with water, and intentionally poured it over the exact spot that was bothering him. He then let out a deep sigh and said, “That feels better, Momma.”

In that moment, I saw not just my son, but a soul already understanding the healing power of water. Water is a natural conduit of energy—it cleanses, soothes, and restores. By directing it with intention, he instinctively tapped into energy healing, allowing the water to carry away the discomfort and invite relief.

My heart was overflowing with wonder. To see him embody the wisdom of listening to his body, and to witness him intuitively working with both energy and the element of water, felt like a profound gift.

I use our pool as a conduit for healing with my Ortho Bionomy long distance clients only available two more weeks 🙏
