It's National Self Care Day! I was told that you should take care of yourself 24 hours a day 7 days a week so July 24 or 7/24 is the Day recognized to remind us to include self care in your life! Maybe 24/7 is a stretch but build in time to eat well, sleep, be with friends, read a good book, enjoy your favorite music, light a candle, nap, snuggle, get a massage, journal...whatever you need to feed your mind, body and soul!

Excited to share Women's Retreat Details: June 20 - 23 at Shadowcliff in Grand Lake! Bring your college roommate, your daughter, your bestie and enjoy nature and other women in a beautiful retreat center with breathtaking views! We will have the entire Cliffside Lodge to ourselves complete with our own kitchen and gathering spaces. There are four separate bathrooms with private showers, and seven private guest rooms. Expect 2 - 4 retreaters per guest room so let me know your roommate preferences. Our retreat center is literally in the mountains, so plan for some uneven ground, less oxygen and a little bit of rustic charm. Early bird pricing ends March 27!

I completed the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach Training which embraces the “knowing” each of us has always had. My approach is to help you explore what that is, dig under the surface and encourage you to massage your thoughts and perceptions, noticing what emerges.
