I posted the following for Instructors as Welch. If interested reach out. Thanks
I am just sending this out for everyone to see if there is significant interest in doing a trip to Steamboat next year after Welch closes for ski\ snowboard trip. I help organize trips for my ski club in Rochester, MN and one of my contacts reached out about some properties. I requested pricing for next season from March 21-28, 2026. The price was $189 per room per night with a 11.4% sales tax at double occupancy this would be about $737 for lodging for 7 night stay. The property is the Holiday Inn Steamboat with the following amenities.
Newly Renovated 117 room hotel provides a top location for business and leisure alike.
Harison’s Restaurant and Bar where delicious homemade, American fare is served daily.
Our indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, with seasonal outdoor hot tub.
Complimentary Ski Shuttle to Steamboat Ski Resort
No Baggage fees/No Handling fees/ No Resort fees.

Steamboat is on the Ikon pass for people that do the Ikon pass. Other added expenses would be getting to Steamboat, a person could fly into Denver or Yampa Valley Regional airport then take the Steamboat Express to the hotel. Driving is always an option for the adventurous.
The snowboard crew is always talking about doing a group trip. I would like to know who would be interested in this type of trip. If interested, you can message me or talk to one of the lead ski\ snowboard instructors.
