Guiding Bright

Guiding Bright Bright children are not better; they are wired differently.

Guiding Bright consults with parents of gifted kids and schools to support the various challenges that often accompany giftedness such as sensitivity, anxiety, perfectionism, empathy, cognitive hyperactivity and high intuition. Guiding Bright works with children who demonstrate an exceptional, natural ability in one or more areas, yet struggle with the social and emotional hallmarks that accompany these gifts. Along with sensory sensitivity, asynchronous development, perfectionism, low frustration tolerance, and fear of failure, bright children may also exhibit characteristics of ADHD, OCD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, DMDD, ODD and Bipolar Disorder. Guiding Bright supports bright children and their families by providing family counseling, consultation for organizations, workshops, young entrepreneur camps, family retreats and school days off programming.
