In keeping Februarys travel theme, this week reminds us that traveling through the air can be a lot on the body! Between carrying our extra luggage, being packed in the seats like sardines and then staying seated for hours, flying may save us time, but it also beats us down in different ways. Make sure to take advantage of the time where the "fasten seatbelt" sign is off, to stand up, stretch and mobilize! It can help keep the muscles and ligaments from contracting on you.
Also, keeping your screens and books as close to eye-level as you can limits the work your neck muscles have to do to keep your head on your shoulders!
Safe travels!
