Dental infections can become serious fast if they’re not treated.
They can spread from the tooth into the jaw and in severe cases, enter the bloodstream or reach the heart, leading to major health risks.
If the infection causes tooth loss or bone damage, it can also affect your facial structure, sometimes resulting in visible asymmetry and long-term changes in appearance.

I’ve been preparing with stretches and myofunctional exercises and it’s amazing how connected the tongue is to breathing, posture and tension in the body.
I wanted to document this experience and share a little of what the process looked like for me. 😊
