If you are looking for lasting results and world-class trainers who are fun and motivating then you’ve found your match. Your goals are attainable–don’t let anything stop you from getting there. NV Personal Trainers are professionals who educate clients about physical fitness and motivate clients to reach their personal goals. Some clients meet for a single session to answer questions and to develop an exercise program (or to ensure that their existing program is balanced). Others prefer to work with a trainer for several months for the purpose of motivation, variety, exercise design, or to work toward a specific goal. And still others work with a trainer indefinitely for motivation, accountability, variety, or to ensure consistent progress.

🔄 WARM-UP

Repeat 2 rounds:

• Squat → stand + reach – 10
• Alternating knee hugs – 10/side
• Inch-worms to plank – 5
• Lateral lunges – 8/side
• Jumping jacks or step-outs – 30 sec

💪 STRENGTH CIRCUIT

4 Rounds | 40 sec work / 20 sec rest

1️⃣ Tempo Squats
3 seconds down, fast up

2️⃣ Elevated Push-Ups
(Couch, chair, counter)

3️⃣ Alternating rev Lunges
Stay tall, control the knee

4️⃣ Bear Crawl Hold or March
Knees hover, core tight

5️⃣ Single-Leg Glute Bridge
20 sec each side

AMRAP – 6 Minutes

• 10 Squats
• 8 Push-Ups
• 12 Alternating Lunges
• 20 High Knees

There will be days that you won’t want to do it, days where you can convince yourself of a million reasons why you “can’t” do it, but having discipline will hold you accountable. It will help you follow through, stick with the plan and put in the work.

That wasn’t “slacking.”
That was showing up.

Some days you’re fired up 🔥
Some days you’re exhausted 🥱
Some days life hits harder than your workout ever could ❤️

And on those days, giving 20% isn’t weakness …it’s resilience.

Because consistency isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being honest with where you are and still choosing to try !!

So if all you had was 20% today…
and you showed up anyway?

That was 100% effort …and it counts. Every time. 💯
