My ego told me I could do it all alone. Reality hit hard. Rent due, no patients. I learned from the best: Amazon, Nordstrom, Starbucks. Created my own playbook. Cold called, knocked on doors, used the Yellow Pages. 20 years later, a family of 5 still comes from that first call.
