Patty's Essential Wellness

Patty's Essential Wellness Safe and effective ways on how to use essential oils! Hey everyone! I am married to the love of my life and we have a sweet baby boy named Preston.

My name is Patricia Da Silva and Iโ€™m originally from Brazil, but have been living in the USA for more than 10 years. I am a full-time stay-at-home mom, a part time airline employee, a dลTerra Wellness Advocate with doTERRA International. My Essential oil journey started when our son was first born because before him I was never really too worried about how many chemicals are present in our everyday lives. However, when Preston came into our world, I started to become more educated about and researching ingredients and quickly grew concerned about all the chemicals present in household cleaning supplies, health & beauty products, and most other commonly used everyday products (many of which we were using ourselves!)

In addition, we were interested in keeping our precious little boy and ourselves healthy using natural remedies. Once we realized that essential oils could so much more than just smell good, they quickly became a part of our daily routine. It didn't take long for me (and my husband) to start falling in love with essential oils and natural solutions. The more I learned about the long-term health benefits of essential oils and the more we witnessed first-hand how well they worked, the more we started living the essential life. Welcome to my Essential Wellness page! I will be sharing my personal wellness journey and how Essential oils have become the cornerstone of my familyโ€™s wellness. Please feel free to reach out to us if you ever have any questions, feedback, or suggestions/requests! Warm Regards,

Patty

How many times have you thought, "I'll only take this step if I'm sure it will work"?

This need for guarantees is one of the greatest forms of self-sabotage.
Because there's no absolute certainty before you live.

๐Ÿ‘‰ On the path of self-development, clarity comes from experience.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Answers appear in the process.
๐Ÿ‘‰ And adjustments are made along the way.

It's like when you set a destination on your GPS.
Sometimes the route changes midwayโ€”unexpected traffic, a roadblock, a detour.
You don't give up.
You look for another route.
Maybe longer, maybe shorter, but one that still takes you where you want to go.

Life is like that.
Waiting for the perfect path is condemning yourself to stagnation.
๐ŸŒฟโœจ Growth doesn't happen with certainty.
It happens with the courage to start, even without knowing everything.

And in the process, you discover much more about yourself than you ever imagined.

The problem with growing up is trying to live in a previous version that no longer fits you.
It's like insisting on wearing clothes that are too small for you, but you feel uncomfortable, limited, and trapped.

Growing up hurts because it requires leaving behind patterns, places, people, and habits that no longer suit the new you.
But it's this pain that heralds transformation.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Maybe you're still trying to fit into what's expected of you.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Maybe you keep repeating routines that no longer nourish your essence.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Maybe you cling to old stories just because you're afraid of the new.

But the truth is simple: there's no way to live an expanded life with a shrunken mindset.

When your consciousness grows, the old no longer serves.

๐ŸŒฟโœจ Growing up is uncomfortable, but staying small is suffocating.

The choice is yours: honor the version that was once necessary to get you here...
or embrace the woman you're becoming.

How many times have you found yourself stuck in indecision, waiting for complete clarity to act?
The confusion of the mind weighs on you because you try to find outside what can only arise within.

This is the purpose of the ๐ŸŒฟ Clairvoyance Blend โ€“ Inner Vision:
to help you silence excess and see clearly from within.

โœจ Benefits of each oil:
โ€“ Clary Sage: activates the third eye, promotes intuition and discernment.
โ€“ Lemon: clears the mind of excess, organizes thoughts.
โ€“ Peppermint: awakens focus and opens new perspectives.
โ€“ Frankincense: connects to spiritual wisdom and elevates consciousness.
โ€“ Fennel: eliminates apathy and brings clarity in the face of confusion.

๐ŸŒธ Recipe (10ml roll-on):
โ€“ 5 drops Clary Sage
โ€“ 4 drops Lemon
โ€“ 3 drops Peppermint
โ€“ 2 drops Frankincense
โ€“ 2 drops Fennel
(top up with fractionated coconut oil)

โœจ Suggested Use:
โ€“ Apply to the third eye in moments of indecision.
โ€“ Rub on wrists and take a deep breath before writing or making decisions.
โ€“ Diffuse to clear scattered energies and promote clarity.

๐ŸŒฟ Grounding Affirmation:
โ€œI release the clutter of my mind.
I connect to my inner clarity.
I see beyond distractions.โ€

Because clarity isn't the absence of doubtโ€”it's the presence to hear your inner voice.

Have you ever stopped to think about why you take care of yourself?
Does your motivation come from fear of the consequencesโ€ฆ or from love of the benefits?

๐Ÿ‘‰ Do you exercise to avoid gaining weight?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do you go to bed early just to avoid waking up tired?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do you eat well just to avoid getting sick?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do you pray to God only when something goes wrong?

This type of motivation worksโ€ฆ but it's burdensome.
Because it's driven by fear.
And everything driven by fear eventually becomes an obligation, a demand, a punishment.

Change happens when you look at it from the other side:
๐ŸŒฟ It's not "I do it to avoid the worst."
โœจ It's "I do it because I love the benefits it brings me."

You exercise because you feel alive and strong.
You go to bed early because you deserve to wake up refreshed.
You eat well because you desire vitality and clarity.
You pray because you want to connect with God every day, not just during crises.

When motivation changes, self-care ceases to be a burden.
It becomes a pleasure, a freedom, a choice.

๐ŸŒฟโœจ
Taking care of yourself isn't about running away from the consequences.
It's about embracing the benefits of living well.

The fatigue or overwhelm you feel doesn't always come from "doing too much."
Often, it comes from what you're holding in your energy field.

Recently, I ended a cycle that had been part of my life for a long time.
Even without actively dedicating myself to it, I realized it was taking up a huge space within me.
It was as if it was draining my energy, as if it were preventing me from making room for the new.

When I finally let go, everything changed.
I felt lightness, peace, freedom.
It wasn't with regret or guilt.
It was with gratitude and honor for what it represented.
And with the awareness that I now have space for what truly matters.

I often call this the Frozen practice: let it go.
Because in life, leading yourself is also about choosing what needs to be closed.

Sometimes it's a conversation you've been putting off.
Sometimes it's a relationship that no longer makes sense. Sometimes it's even something physical: excess weight, a piece of clothing sitting in the closet, a broken piece of furniture you insist on keeping.

Everything takes up energetic space.
And while you hold on to what no longer makes sense, there's no room for the new to arrive.
What do you need to let go of today to open up energetic space in your life?

For a long time, I also believed that purpose was what I did.

The work, the mission, the actions I delivered to the world.

But one day a therapist told me something that changed everything:
๐Ÿ‘‰ "The greatest purpose of your life is to be you."

And when I combined this teaching with what I learned from @โ€Œjacobpetry, it all made sense:
๐ŸŒฟ Inner purpose = being me.
๐ŸŒฟ Outer purpose = what I do from that.
๐ŸŒฟ Higher purpose = the union of the two, which transforms into service.

When I understood this, I stopped seeing purpose as an unattainable goal and began investing in myself: in my mind, in my body, in my energy.
And everything that didn't make sense began to leave my field.
What remained was what was born from my essence.

Being before doing.
Doing before having.
That's the order.

My purpose isn't just what I do.
My purpose is to be who I am.
And, from there, to give to the world what overflows from me.

What has been your vision of purpose: Doing first or Being first?

For a long time, I thought peace was when nothing happened.
Silence. Total harmony. No problem in sight.

But when I finally reached that stateโ€ฆ I noticed something strange.
My body, accustomed to chaos and cortisol, didn't know what to do with that silence.

It was then that I remembered Jesus' words:
"My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give." โ€“ John 14:27

And it made sense.
๐Ÿ‘‰ The peace of the world is the absence of problems.
๐Ÿ‘‰ The peace of God is balance in the midst of them.

๐ŸŒฟ It's being in chaos, but not experiencing chaos.
๐ŸŒฟ It's being at war, but not experiencing war.

True peace is not inertia.
โœจ It's not perfection.
โœจ It's a state of being.

And when I recognized this, I understood:
peace doesn't come from outside,
it comes from within, from God's presence within me.

True peace isn't a place you find.
It's a state of being you choose to live in.

And for you, what does it mean to live in peace? Tell me in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡

I reached a point in my life where I had to stop and ask myself:
๐Ÿ‘‰ "Is what I'm doing for love or ego?"

It was a shock to realize that many things I believed were purposeful... were actually ego-driven.
It wasn't about serving, it was about wanting glamour, recognition, status, applause.

And when that's your fuel, you never feel satisfied.
Because every time you reach your goal, emptiness sets in.
"Is this what I wanted? Is this what I worked so hard for?"

Love, no.
Love doesn't demand applause.
Love is born from your essence, from God's plans for your life, from what you do because it's written in your heart.

It was during this process that I realized the greatest transformation of my life:
๐ŸŒฟ I don't need recognition to be successful.
๐ŸŒฟ I don't need applause to feel whole. ๐ŸŒฟ I already am. I already have. I can already recognize myself.

And self-recognition is liberating.
Because it doesn't depend on outside perspective.
It's looking in the mirror and saying, "Wow, how incredible you are."

The greatest victory isn't achieving everything the ego wants.
It's recognizing that what the ego demands will never fill the void.
The greatest victory is choosing to walk in love.
And you? What has driven your choices today: ego or love?

We live as if success were a distant finish line.
"When I have this... when I achieve that... when I get there, then I will be a success."

But what if success isn't in the future?
What if success is a state of being, here and now?

I am a success when I wake up in the morning and choose to live.
I am a success when I manage to get my children to school.
I am a success when I don't allow external factors to govern my emotions.
I am a success when I honor my choices, even if they aren't perfect.

Success isn't a place to be reached.
It's the awareness that we are already, today, the expression of what we believe.

But there's an essential point:
If I don't know what success means to me, I will live in a senseless search, completing tasks, achieving goals... and still feeling empty.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What is success to you?
๐Ÿ‘‰ When was the last time you recognized yourself as a success?

For me, success is being before having.
And that's true self-leadership:
Stop chasing something unattainable, and start recognizing your success now.aq

Aromatherapy didn't just come into my life as a fad.

It was my first step toward self-care and rebuilding myself.

Through it, I learned to care for myself, my energy, and my family.
This became my foundation, strong enough to give me autonomy and confidence to live.
And it all started with a simple bottle of essential oil.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What was the first step in your rebuilding?

From a very young age, I've always been the person everyone came to confide in.
I've always had an instinct for listening, for welcoming, for finding ways to help.
It wasn't by chance that I became a mentor and therapistโ€”I've always been one, in some way.

Today, with all the tools I've gathered throughout my journey, I can offer much more than advice or momentary support.
I work with aromatherapy, Reiki, Theta Healing, energy balancing, personal development, and self-leadership practices.

My focus is especially on women over 40.
Women who have reached a point in their lives where they feel they need to take the next step.
Women who no longer want to survive, but to awaken.

What I do isn't just therapy.
It's not just self-care.
It's a path of reconstruction and self-leadership.

Because I deeply believe:
You can't lead anything out there if you don't first learn to lead yourself.

And that's why I exist: to lead the way and, in turn, guide women who are ready to awaken and choose, finally, to live their own lives.

Do you feel ready for your awakening? Let me know in the comments.
