This May, NAMI in West Virginia is offering a full schedule of FREE virtual trainings designed to empower our community with knowledge, confidence, and real-life tools to support mental health 💚

Whether you're looking to advocate, support a loved one, or simply learn more—you belong in these spaces.

✨ Here’s what we’ve got for you:

🗣 NAMI Smarts for Advocacy – Learn how to share your story and create change
🧠 Mental Health Literacy – Build a strong foundation of mental health knowledge
💬 QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) – Learn how to recognize and respond to su***de warning signs
🆘 AID (Awareness, Interaction, Direction) – Gain confidence in crisis response
🌈 Be There Certificate (Born This Way Foundation) – Self-paced training to learn how to support others
