Recently a client shared that taking a pause for gratitude was making a significant change in her stress level. Let's all take a moment to "pause"!

Neuroscientists have found that if you really feel it when you say it, you'll be happier and healthier. The regular practice of expressing gratitude is not a New Age fad; it's a facet of the human condition that reaps true benefits to those who mean it.

It's so gratifying being a yoga teacher and hearing the many ways that this ancient practice has a positive effect on people. I can see it in their faces at the end of class. If you have been thinking about joining a yoga class but hesitate because of inexperience or health issues I offer private yoga sessions and call it "Jump Start Your Yoga Practice". Let me know if you would like more information. I also teach Gentle Yoga at the SP YMCA on Mondays nights at 6:30 and Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Thursday mornings at a dance studio in Plover.
