The first day of spring is finally here... ☀️🌷

Our windows were cracked open during Spring Equinox Tea Time this afternoon!

We're ready to soak up every ray we can this spring and summer!

What are YOU excited for ?!

Around here, spring means brighter moods, lighter steps, and at least one person insisting, “It’s warm enough!” while everyone else grabs a jacket anyway.

No matter what the temperature says, we’re declaring it: spring has officially sprung—and so have we! 🌼

🍀 Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀

We’re feeling a little extra lucky today… must be all the mischief in coming from the kitchen!

Crystal and Shelby from the Activity Department were busy whipping up grasshopper shakes for our independent living community this afternoon.

The residents LOVED them so much they said we'd have to share an Irish blessing for everyone on the book of faces!

🍀 March Social 🍀

A big thank-you you to Tricia from Moments Hospice for stopping by for some March shenanigans!

Tricia brought in some homemade beer cheese dip with crisps and other sweet treats!

Our residents enjoyed trivia, funny jokes, and of course the food!

Thank you Tricia, it's always a blast when you come to visit. 🌈

🌊 Let's Beat The Winter Blues! 🌊

This week we're beating the winter blues by lightening our spirits! 🌞

Monday was "Dress Like A Tourist Day"

Of course our ladies didn't disappoint! ⛱️

Someone tell these ladies where the beach is because they're ready for warmer weather and sandy toes. 👣

We also had the absolute pleasure of hearing some island vibes from the group "Strummers & Singers".

They volunteered their time to come play for us. 🥹

This month in our RCAC building, we’re focusing on self-care—because caring for yourself matters at every age.

As we grow older, self-care doesn't need to be extravagant (unless you want it to be 🤭).

It can be as simple as resting when needed, enjoying a hand massage during Nail Spa, laughing together during Bingo or taking time to honor this NOW moment.

Honor what feels good today.

Take it one day at a time.

Be kind to your body, it's gotten you this far. 🥰

Be kind to your mind, feed it good thoughts. 🧠
