Bet on Yourself 2026 Healthy Habits Challenge

January 5 - February 1
Do you have big health goals in 2026 that require new habits or a change in current habits? If so, you might find motivation and determination to work on building those healthy habits with this challenge because money is involved and no one likes to lose their money!
The way this challenge works is you set a goal in 5 areas of health and wellness:
Movement
Strength
Nutrition
Self Care
Alcohol
You have the reigns, you get to set your own goals. You then decide how much you want to wager, minimum is $50. All wagers are collected via Venmo. You keep track of your habits on a habit tracker I provide you and at the end of the month, you send the habit tracker back and you get your money back if you met all your goals. If you do not meet your goals, the money is split amongst all those that succeeded.

We start January 5th and if you are local, you are more than welcome to come to unlimited bootcamp classes in January! If you are not local, no worries, I have you covered on the exercise front as you will have access to our private FB page where I have a library of strength training follow along videos as well as FB LIVE classes throughout the month of January.
