Beyond grateful for .hart.5 and for this Life! This past weekend we celebrated the graduation of a beautiful group of teachers. I am so proud of every single one of them. They’re ready to fly!

I’m also proud of us - for showing up and continuing to dig deeper, to seek new inspiration, to be open to new ways of seeing. We are never standing still. We are always evolving.

I also know that reaching a goal places me in the most potent space in between. I’m soaking in the space and can’t wait to be inspired for what’s next.

Grateful for every moment.

Trying to stay warm. No power since 5:30am. Our neighborhood is littered with fallen trees Absolutely unreal. Taking care of each other. It’s going to be a cold night. Everyone take care.

It’s been exactly a year since I lost my Mom. Today has been about presence. I woke up in one of my favorite places to watch the sun rise. I spent the day thinking of her and noticing all the little signs. It was a memorable day. I went to another favorite spot to watch the sun set over the ocean. I miss her every day. She made our family and brought us together in the end. It’s been a good day. A sad day. A day to be grateful and to look forward to seeing her again one day. I love you Mom.

This is my Dad - in his happy place. He loved the outdoors and being in nature. He had a way with animals and always had a dog by his side. Wednesday, he left us to join my Mom. After over 60 years together, they were only apart 6 weeks and 4 days. He was broken-hearted without her. He loved his family and absolutely lit up for his grandsons. They had a special bond. I cannot believe they are both gone. I am broken-hearted and missing them, but I am happy for them that they are together forever. Love you Dad.
