Holistic Medicine:
Holistic medicine is a doctrine of preventive and therapeutic medicine that emphasizes the necessity of looking at the whole person -- his body, mind, emotions, and environment -- rather than at an isolated function or organ and which promotes the use of a wide range of health practices and therapies. It has especially come to stress responsibility for 'self-healing' or 'self-care' or by observing the traditional commonsense essentials of exercise, healthful diet, adequate sleep, good air, moderation in personal habits and so forth.

Chromotherapy/Colour Therapy:
Color and light have been used for healing since the beginning of recorded time. Ancient Egyptians built solarium-type rooms with colored panes of glass. The sun would shine through the glass and flood the patient with color. Some people use colored silk cloths, which are placed on the body and then flooded with sunlight. Early color and light healers in the modern world used colored gels and sheets of glass to apply light to the body. Others used color infused water and color meditations to send healing rays to the person.

Dowsing:
Dowsing therapy uses the art of dowsing to locate and treat disease and faulty organs. The theory is that all substances emit radiation waves that can be sensed or picked up and amplified with the aid of an indicator, such as a dowsing pendulum or rods. Much as a radio receives and amplifies sound wave frequencies. The dowsing therapy is the diagnostic part and once it is made, the client can then be treated with appropriate remedies such as herbal or homeopathic. Long distance dowsing can be performed with a lock of the clients hair or sample of urine or blood, in place of holding the pendulum over the client.

Homeopathy:
Arguably most popular form of CAM, introduced by German physician Samuel Hanemann,Today, millions of people in Britain , Europe and America use Homeopathy. Bach Flower remedies,Tissue salts ,Gemmotherapy and Spagyric or Electrohomeopathy are schools of Homeopathy.

Electro homoeopathy:
Electro-homoeopathy is the new medical system of treatment, which was introduced by C.C.Mattei. The system is often referred to as Spagyric Homeopathy. The basic cause of disease in electro-homeopathy is that there are two vital fluids present in the human body i.e. lymph and blood. Any vitiation in the lymph or blood causes the disease in the human organism. The electro-homoeopathy medicines are produced following spagyric-alkemy technique and can regulate the lymph and blood in their normal state.

Feng Shui:
Feng shui means 'wind, water' and traditionally symbolizes the space between heaven and earth -- the environment where we live. The underlying philosophy recognizes that we and our environment are sustained by an invisible, yet tangible, energy called chi. The skill of a feng shui consultant lies in recognizing where chi is flowing freely, where it may be trapped and stagnant, or where it may be excessive. These skills and work are applied together with a harmonious re-balancing of yin and yang, the dark and light of all situations.

Gem therapy:
The Vedas have the greatest wealth of information on the metaphysical properties, as well as the physical properties of gems and their correct application to enhance the lives of human beings. Today's science of gemology gives much information about the physical properties and chemical composition of gemstones, but gives no information of their 'healing properties'. They are extremely powerful tools to aid in balancing the physical, psychological and spiritual sides of life. This is necessary in order to keep oneself in proper order.

Herbalism:
The use of plants as medicines dates as far back as the origin of humankind and perhaps even earlier as even animals are known to seek out and consume certain plants when ill. Since the beginning of humankind people have relied primarily on plants for nourishment. Through trial and error they discovered that some plants are good for food, some are poisonous and that some produce bodily changes such as increased perspiration, bowel movement, urination, relief of pain, hallucination and healing.
