I was just on the Southern State Pkway eastbound near exit 28 in the middle lane .I passed 2 E-bike scooters with 2 people on each and riding tandem in the right lane doing about 45 . No plates … No helmets .
What will it take for more laws requiring insurance and plates for e-bikes that can ride allow with traffic on a highway ???

We are being photographed to death solely for the purpose of making money for municipalities and fined for tiny infractions , yet these menaces are all around and they’re not caught by cameras because they have no plates !
