Too many times I see kids out there talking about doing crazy workouts that they see Trae Young or James Harden doing. They think that this will get them to their level. The problem is they aren’t on that level yet. They’re not because they haven’t mastered the basics yet. Once you have mastered the basic drills to where you can’t do them wrong, then you can work on the advance things.

Good morning y’all. Happy Monday! Having a weight goal is great but it is not always exactly what you want in regards to your goals. You can be the same weight and look more fit at times. Get that body fat percentage down and you should start seeing more results in regards to your goal. Now this isn’t exact either however focusing on the body fat and gaining muscle will prove to get you that fit look you aspire for. Have a great week!
