Happy October!
As we near the end of MTN bike season and enter ski season prep, we wanted to take this opportunity to talk about neck and upper back strength: an often underlooked area to strengthen.
We need this area to be resilient to keep us strong on our mountain bikes as well as on the slopes- especially if we take a tumble.
First up is face pulls, working your delts, rotator cuff, rhomboids, traps- what’s not to love!?
