Hello everyone, I’m Dr. Shaniqua Yeboah (Dr. SAY for short) better known as Nikki, and I’m the founder of BELLA Lives. With our beautiful new look, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share the heart behind this mission.

I am a wife, a mother to three wonderful daughters, and a woman of faith. My journey into this work truly began at 16 when I faced an unexpected pregnancy. When my first daughter was born, I promised her a beautiful life, not one of perfection, but one filled with resilience and growth.

That promise is now the mission of BELLA Lives.

Having navigated a complex and difficult past experiences myself, my personal journey is now fortified by my academic work. I’ve recently completed my doctoral work, and I serve from a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed, welcoming and inclusive Christian perspective.

My purpose is to use my story, my faith, and my training to provide a safe space for your healing, growth, and transformation, helping you move from surviving to thriving by knocking down barriers, getting to the root of challenges, and reaching new heights.

I’m here to help you uncover the beauty in your journey, because no matter your past, you are worthy of living beautifully. Yes, even you.
