It is with deep sadness that we share news of a heartbreaking loss. Jacob Reeder and his wife recently experienced the loss of their child during pregnancy.

📘Code Corner: NFPA 72 Fact 📘
Did you know?
According to NFPA 72 (2022), Section 10.6.7.2.1, batteries used for fire alarm system backup power must be replaced on or before the manufacturer’s recommended date — even if the battery still appears to be functioning.

🔋 Why? Because in a real emergency, “seems fine” isn’t good enough.
