Many parents are told to “wait and see” when it comes to colic and constipation. But what if your child’s nervous system is actually moving through predictable stages of STRESS and EXHAUSTION?
Below are the 3 stages of neurological dysregulation (also known as subluxation) we see at our office. Understanding what stage your child is in will help you understand what care they need.
➡️ Stage 1: The nervous system is stuck in stress (fight-or-flight). We know what stress can do to us, imagine what it can do to your child.
➡️ Stage 2: The nervous system becomes confused + disorganized, leading to delays, focus issues, and sensory challenges.
➡️ Stage 3: The nervous system becomes exhausted, begins to shut down, and chronic symptoms and deeper struggles start to set in.
Here’s the key 👇
Symptoms don’t tell the full story. Two kids can have the same challenges but be in completely different stages neurologically, which means they need completely different care plans.
If you’re ready for real answers 💙 to your child’s “common” chronic health challenges that your doctor repeatedly tells you to “don’t worry, they will grow out of this” but instead you are watching them grow into it. Then you’re ready for a visit with Dr. Craig.
